I'm Swati. For nine years I've run cross functional projects and product launches in EdTech, healthcare, and SaaS. I'm a PM, not an engineer, and I build my own tools with AI to keep every project visible, honest, and moving.
Working apps, vibe coded with Claude Code. Each one solves a problem I kept hitting as a project manager. All demos run on sample data, right in your browser.
The through line of my career is simple: when leadership needs something done and it touches five or six teams at once, I'm the person who makes sure it actually happens. Clear owners, honest status, risks raised early with a recommendation attached, and a steady rhythm of follow through.
I've done that at an EdTech startup, where I ran product launches across product, design, curriculum, QA, marketing, and customer success, and as an independent project manager for healthcare and SaaS companies, where I directed ten plus concurrent initiatives for executive teams.
People who work with me tend to say the same things: organized, calm, and relentless about follow through. If I say something will be handled, it's handled.
Contract project and operations management for executive teams. Directed 10+ concurrent strategic initiatives with 99% on time delivery, built governance and reporting that leadership actually reads, and cut documentation effort by more than half with AI assisted workflows.
Ran end to end execution of product launches across six teams, including the Lessonbee 4.0 release. Introduced the workflows and dashboards that raised operational throughput 200% in a quarter, led four user research studies, and managed a Chicago Public Schools RFP to a 100% on time submission in four weeks.
Project delivery and coordination roles across education and consumer businesses, where I learned the habits I still run on: write everything down, confirm every owner, and keep the plan where everyone can see it.
I'm based in Southern California and open to project, program, and implementation management roles.
